Tourist Organization of Herceg Novi organized an event for children called “Children’s Creative Event”, which is realized within the project WONDER, funded by the European Union and aims to promote the improvement and development of new offers for children by increasing the attractiveness and competitiveness of the destination through child-friendly approaches .
On Sunday, November 7, 2021, “Children’s Creative Event” was organized. The gathering of the youngest participants was at Skver near the Tvrtko monument at 11 am. “Orjen Scout Detachment” and its youngest members were training their friends in the basics of “knot” and sending messages with flags. After that, the children, with the assistance of animators and the use of a map, visited the Herceg Novi fortresses and the Old Town in search of the lost parts of the mysterious object that was found and assembled successfully. During the activity, children had the opportunity to hear basic information about the fortresses and the Old Town. The event ended at 2.30 pm.
